Hey, somethings missing --
what about STR 1022? it was fixed in svn but it's still here in 1.1.7?

Matthias thought everything was working, and it is possible that a later bug fix re-broke things with Cygwin. Unfortunately, none of the core developers uses Cygwin so support for it is extremely limited.

OK,
Two questions spring to mind:
1) How come 1022 does not even appear in the list of fixed STR's in this page?
2) When is the next release? :/
I am sorry to complain after all the hard work you put in. It is also my fault -- I should have been more attentive at the pre-release stage and allerted you before this release.

The announcement's changelog has been pruned for size - see the CHANGES file for the complete, raw list of changes.
As for "when will the next release be out", that will depend entirely on whether we have bugs that warrant a new release. In this case, 1022 doesn't qualify - Cygwin-specific problems are usually problems with Cygwin, and we won't go out of our way to support it.
Anyways, you need to file a new STR to keep the issue active, and you'll probably need to contribute a fix or get the Cygwin folks involved, as we do not have the resources who can deal with Cygwin issues...

Mike, there should be AmigaOS in the list of supported operating systems.

No, none of the AmigaOS code is in 1.1.x, and we haven't accepted any patches for AmigaOS support, yet, even for FLTK 2.0.
