| on Mac OS X 10.4.x:
#include in FL_Menu.cxx and FL_Preferences.cxx
cannot find Carbon.H because on new HFS+ file system
upper and lower case are distinct.
Correct is "Carbon.h". | |

| Fixed in Subversion repository.
FWIW, HFS+ is always case-insensitive - you must be using the UFS filesystem format. | |
