| When running 'help' test program from 1.1.[5/6] one can see that 'back'
button doesn't works. Seems like changes in Fl_Help_View::topline(int t)
near do_callback() affects such behavour. Reversing this hunk
(comparing to 1.1.4) make 'back' working again.
