| This is resumption of "STR #866: Popup menu shoud always be visible to maximum extent possible."
I've checked the problem against latest SVN snapshot and it still remains.
It seems that I haven't stated clearly enough what I meant, so now I'm going to present it on pictures.
This is the way popup menu is shown now (unfolded downwards, almost completely obscured by taskbar): http://img113.imageshack.us/img113/5784/now1qn.png
