When  setting  tooltips  for  a TabGroup's tab labels, they are
dragged into the below area by moving the mouse.
  (easy to reproduce by uncommenting the lines at ui.cc:1089
in dillo2).

  PS: It seems to have been fixed in the 1.x branch.
