When more than one window of the same class are open in an application, keyboard shortcuts are sent to the last created window rather than the window that has the focus.

As an example run the attached demo, set the focus on Window1 and press ENTER. This will invoke the callback of the Rertun-Button in Window2, not that of Window1 as it should be.

Fixed in Subversion repository.

The OS X implementation was not setting the "first window" at all. I am surprised that we did not have a lot more focus issues. Well anyways, this should fix it, hopefully without side effects!
