Should FLUID ever want a splash screen, here is one edited in Inkscape.

added png exports so users can see it without an svg viewer/editor.
original dejan design.

implemented splash + about dialog with this new design.
Ideally (in near future we could use the svg design (and allows resize )
in the dialog but for now it's a small png (<30kb)

Thanks dejan + natew !

PS : Still we must provide a serie of icons as suggested by Mike + standard fltk dialogs.

The splash screen does not disappear correctly; when the fluid splashscreen should disappear, the window stays with the background drawn into it.
