Quick bug report, something I noticed on Sci Linux 6.3
with 1.4.x svn current.

Replication:

    1. Open fluid
    2. Make some New -> Code
    3. In default code editor start typing
    4. "I" beam mouse cursor turns into a gray box
    5. Move the mouse a little bit, "I" beam mouse cursor returns

#4 is unexpected.

I think what's happening here is the editor is trying to hide the
cursor, so the user only sees the "I" beam text cursor, but something
is wrong and it's showing a gray box cursor instead.

Repeatable through restarts of fluid.

I have not tried rebooting or restarting the window manager, so it
*could* be a weird window manager state, I'm not sure. I can't restart
now, in the middle of something, and don't have a different linux box
to test with at the moment, but will check later. Just reporting it so
I don't forget.

Is this still happening? I assume you reboot your machine by now ;-) .

Seriously though, I have not seen that issue before, and I can't replicate it. If you no longer see this either, I'd like to close the STR. Thanks.

Yeah, so much has changed it's likely been fixed, I haven't seen it since, so sure I'll close this.

But also I haven't spent a lot of time dev'ing in fluid lately (shrug).
We can always open a new report if needed.
