Would like to see an Fl_Window control for window transparency
(on platforms that support it).

This is actually very functional for paint programs that need
to be semi-transparent to allow one to visually compare image content
with that of another application.

Also useful for a paint app to allow tracing the content of
another window. (What I need it for).

OSX (I've verified this technique works well with 1.3 svn current):
