FLTK Dock 0.06 include Microsoft Visual C++ support, doxygen documentation, shared library support, improved docking process.

See 'README' in visualc folder before compile both FLTK and FLTK Dock. See 'README' in "fltkdock-0.06" folder for enable shared library. Docking process of FLTK Dock 0.06 is mouse coordinate dependent instead of Window coordinate. So no problem arise as long as you can move your mouse even though you are unable to move Window.
