Article #247: FLU 2.8.1

FLU 2.8.1 contains the following changes:

  • added support for cygwin and mingw/msys environments (static libs only)
  • fixed compiler bugs for Codewarrior
  • added Codewarrior project files (static libs only)
  • tweaked Flu_File_Chooser to fix latency issues with floppy, removable and network drives
  • typing Ctrl+a in Flu_File_Chooser when in MUTLI mode now selects all files
  • fixed memory leak in Flu_Progress_Meter
  • fixed bugs in Flu_Combo_Box

Excellent work!  Frankly, if it wasn't for FLU, I wouldn't use FLTK.  Not that I don't love FLTK, but I absolutely require a tree browser.  And your tree browser is outstanding.  Thanks for all your hard work.

did you folks know that you can put EVERY widget into the tree ? you can even put an Fl_Gl_Window into it :-) that's what i call great. show me other gui's that can do this...

FLU 2.6.1 can`t compile on latest msys+mingw and fltk2.0cvs!!! need fix, because 2.0 - much more better rather 1.x

Yup, if this will be possible, it will be very nice to see static library on win32
