Article #206: flPhoto 1.1rc1

This is the first release candidate of flPhoto 1.1 and adds German and French user interfaces, improved calendar printing, and a status display showing the number and total size of images in an album. The new release also fixes problems in the HTML export and CRW image support.

Bug report:

Selecting a thumbnail and then then trying to purge the corresponding image from the drop-down menu immediately above the thumnail list results in the *last* image being deleted from the disk, not the selected one. Nasty.
