Article #1163: 3D Renderer and Cutting Simulator 1.0.12

Created at 12:38 Mar 15, 2012 by Furkan

Model Reduction Algorithm: Introduced a new module in which user can perform model reduction operation. In other words, the model data (Vertices and Triangles) can be reduced as well as the reduced data can be exported to well-known 3D formats. For implementation of this module, user has to press [Ctrl+Left_Mouse_Click] for creating two cutting planes on the model surface. The algorithm can be performed from the 'Render' menu, after adjusting the right position of cutting planes on the model surface  by pressing [Ctrl+UP/Down]. Afterwards, only the area cover by cutting planes requiring less computer memory is rendered.

Do you think that you could change the Home Page entry to be the home page of the project, rather than your own personal home page?

There's no obvious link on your personal home page to the project which would give an overview, system requirements, screenshots, etc.

Is this a commercial tool? Is source code available? That's not clear and I and others would rather not have to download something to find out.

Yea you are right.. but i am so busy in these days.. i really don't have free time to make home page for this project.. i tried it once but then realized that it will take some time, but i do not have. I will make home page ASAP.

Source code is not available yet because of under development. But hope it will soon be available.

Its not a commercial project but its under Govt.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will try my best in coming days.
