| The tooltip for the new directory button has a fixed (english) text. Therefore the tooltip can't be translated without modifying the FLTK source.
Suggestion: The should be a text pointer, e.g.
static const char *Fl_File_Chooser::new_directory_tooltip;
like there is one with all the other english strings.
This should be done in Fl_File_Chooser.fl (with fluid) to be consistent.
