I've checked 1.1.7 & 1.1.9, you can see this in the threads example.  If you click/drag the title bar to move one window, all fltk windows stop being redrawn.  I've determined that timers still work correctly during this time, but something is preventing the windows from redrawing.  Non-fltk applications I've tested don't have this problem.  Even if there's a temporary work-around I'd like to know about it.  Note that I've only tested w/ windows.

 Thanks!

Should be applied to 1.3 because 1.1.9 is final.

MS Windows usually sends no redraw messages during a window drag operation. There may be flags (or tricks) to change this. Has anyone an idea?

This STR has not been updated by the submitter for two or more weeks and has been closed as required by the FLTK Configuration Management Plan. If the issue still requires resolution, please re-submit a new STR.

We do not know how to fix this "window dragging" issue under Windows, hence I'm closing this STR now.

If anybody knows how to fix this or if there is still interest in this feature, please discuss this in fltk.coredev and/or open a GitHub issue or PR (PR, i.e. patches preferred).

At least there should be links to documentation or solutions in other toolkits.
