| The latest subversion fails when copying examples.html since it is looking for Fl_Example.

| I've added examples.html to the list of files to install; I could not find any references to Fl_Examples.html, however...
As for the "make install" not installing on Cygwin, without a patch I'm not comfortable adding a rule for Cygwin... | |

Ooops. I should have paid attention to the G I got during the update. I added it to get through the build a few commits ago.
If no one cares about the man problem it is easy enough for me to hack locally. No big deal. If I come up with a patch I'll submit it here. Otherwise, this STR can be closed. I just didn't want to forget about it.
