In Fl_Browser, a middle click on the scrollbar moves the scrollbar to that absolute position (good), but in Fl_Text_Editor middle clicking in the scrollbar pastes text into the document, and doesn't move the scrollbar (bad).

I figure the former is the correct behavior for all widgets with scrollbars.

Not sure if this is a problem with Fl_Scrollbar not trapping the middle mouse event for itself (causing it to leak the event to other widgets), or if it's something unique just to the Fl_Text_Editor.
