When starting Fluid with a previously loaded project, the window of the dialog that is beeing edited does not show any content. Core Graphics complains about wrong illegal stacks and other mean things.

Fixed in Subversion repository.

The problem was the creatinon of an image inside an Fl_Double_Window with overlay plane (what a coincidence) that would cause a recursion in Offscreen bitmap creation and loose the first Graphics Context. I implemented a stack instead of a simple backup buffer for CContexts which fixes the issue.
