Looks like $ac_cv_sizeof_* cache vars of autoconf might not be set,
resulting in a bad test expression.

This may be an autoconf regression (like many in the past) or a cygwin
issue.

Try attaching the result of "sh -x ./configure ..." and config.status if
possible.
