one more addition: I selected "related to an operating system" (which is
windows), because I didn't see the problem when testing with linux.
However, the linux system didn't have a dual monitor setup, but used the
(cygwin) X server on the (windows) PC with the dual monitor setup. Testing
this again, shows that the window appears even crossing the monitor
borders, but this may have something to do with the X server or window
manager.
I also noticed that the fl_ask window appears some pixels lower than it
should (about the height of the window decorations), so that the mouse
pointer is always some pixels above (higher than) the second button (hot
spot).
