@Lukas: if you can't pull from Git [1], the next snapshot is due on
Friday morning, at about 08:00 CET (as every week). Please report if
this helps with your Bazel issue as well.
[1] You can always download a zip file as of the latest commits from
GitHub. Go to https://github.com/fltk/fltk and click on the green "Code"
button and then on "Download ZIP".
