Thanks for your report. Is it correct that you're using FLTK 1.3.6?

These warnings are

• known
• benign
• fixed in FLTK 1.4.0

This will not be changed in FLTK 1.3.x though (1.3 is end of life).

Can you try FLTK 1.4 (from git or a snapshot on our download page) to be sure? Note that you must use CMake in 1.4 to create Visual Studio IDE files or use VS's feature 'open folder'.
