Well, at very least the docs can be improved. I like showing examples in the description for widgets to do things that are non-obvious or common use patterns. And example in Fl_Group showing how to delete a child widget in various contexts (including callbacks) could be useful, as well as citing historical artifacts like the changes in 1.3.0 that you mentioned.
