I have a simple test for the inconsistent handling of alpha channel in OpenGL in Wayland.  Not sure if it is a bug in FLTK or a misfeature of Wayland.

I also found the cause of the incorrect resizing of OpenGL windows.  Again, another misfeature of Wayland.  It seems to not to resize the window immediately after a resize like X11 does. Adding an Fl::check solved it, albeit with some flickering.
