Thanks for testing and reporting this, fixed by commit
d2bd3c62408945227bb13133ad6ce270851b4872.

It was very likely a copy-paste bug. I added the shared libs to
Windows/Visual Studio builds on GitHub CI so we should notice such bugs
earlier in the future.
