I don't think it is just a build issue: I've been doing a make clean
before each make, but to check I regenerated the build folder each
time and got the same result.
For me, on Win10 and Win11, both x86_64, I find that
59fc60ea4cb8db6ee43a1ac37cd4bbbefcb87faa and anything after it fails
to run OpenGL3test.exe. Other tests and examples seem to be OK.
Similarly 2ffd4e4f1af16b17a286ff354603a717f5d828a5 and earlier are
more or less OK.[1]
I don't think it is a driver issue either, as the Win10 box has an
Nvidia GPU (and a built-in Intel GPU) and the Win11 box is AMD.
[1] The working version is still a bit glitchy, in that when I switch
from double to single-buffered mode, whilst everything draws "OK" the
button label disappears, and does not subsequently re-appear.
