fltk is that libdecor is to be built using ninja and meson,
so this makes 2 large additional requirements. My view was
that adding a few .c and .h files to the FLTK source tree

I agree that bundling the source files is preferable, at least as
long as libdecor is not yet stable (enough) and we can't be sure
that it is available on all Wayland platforms.
