Just did an autoconf pull / rebuild on my Ubuntu laptop, failed with this:

$ make
=== making src ===
make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'config_lib.h', needed by 'Fl.o'. Stop.
make: *** [Makefile:22: all] Error 1

This after a "make distclean" was run.

The cmake build ran cleanly, so there's something awry in the
dependencies for the autoconf build, I assume.
