This glue code is to #include one or both of the nanosvg header files
w/o defining NANOSVG_IMPLEMENTATION and NANOSVGRAST_IMPLEMENTATION,
resp., as with every other "normal" header file.
Good. I hadn't realized that . In that case, I vote for option (2).
