Hmm, are you sure you did a 'git checkout feature-examples' from his branch first?
When I do that I get wrappers in the bin directory. (Will follow up with details separately)

You might have just built his fork's master branch.
Correct.

With the  feature-examples branch, everything builds well under macOS with CMake, and wrappers
are where there should be, next to each application bundle. Examples also build well
and get their wrapper.
