Assigning this to myself, since I've started the mods. I invite others to add themselves to this issue and take on some of the projects by adding a comment declaring the project you're taking on, to prevent duplicated work.

Looking at the above vs2017-release-win32-warnings-sorted-by-project.txt file, I'll take on fltk_images, fltk_gl, and fluld warnings next.

Regarding which warnings to fix, I'm just fixing the obvious ones.. weird ones or ones that would require super ugly casting tricks I'll just skip. So far doing things like adding 'f' suffixes and casting GLfloat(xxx) seems fine.
