Simplify and improve the cube demo layout.
The first commit is exactly as in Greg's (@erco77) proposal:

The second commit (click link to view diffs) is to simplify the layout and keep the margin widths constant. I split it in two commits to make it possible to view separate diffs. The final merge (if agreed upon) should be only one commit (squash and rebase/merge).

Changes:
- Move #define's down to description and makeform() function.
- Remove left resizer which is not necessary and not helpful.
- Combine left GL window + buttons (ct_group) in left group (lt_grp).
- Make the GL cube windows the resizable()s of their respective groups.
The last point keeps the margin widths constant.
