	I think Mike was pretty consistent about closing STRs unfixed
	that involved ABI changes.

	Possibly searching for the strings "ABI" and/or "binary" from
	the closed STRs would be one way to gather up all the STRs that
	should be re-opened for 1.3.

	I figure if all the 'closed no fix' STRs can be compiled into
	one giant ascii file, one of us (including myself) could go
	sifting thru them for the ABI oriented ones, and generate
	a list of STR numbers that can be reopened.
