I normally enable Xdbe because I was thinking that
performance are better if Xdbe is available

Our test seem to show that this is not the case.

Also I made test on another system, with different hardware,
but with similar results. (Ati mobility radeon X1400, nvidia vantage).

Both environment show me that 1.1.7 works better
