Regarding 7) Figure out how to let distros know about new FLTK releases.

ISTR that we discussed this in the past (maybe in fltk.coredev?) and
decided that this is not necessary. IIRC it was said that distros (i.e.
maintainers) are watching their sources, hence we don't need to do anything
except our normal mailing (which I did today).

I proposed to drop point 7).
