@albrecht: Question: for my fork which already has an "issue135" branch from branch-1.3, to apply to 1.4, should I checkout master from my fork, create a new "issue135-1.4" branch, and port to that, then do a pull to merge with FLTK?
Or I could just create a branch off fltk/fltk called issue135 and apply to that. Seems like the latter might be "easier".
