I doubt that anyone will try to run in GUI mode as superbster. Admins tend to use command lines.
Yes, I agree, and that's why we need the command line. However, for a quick look and a one-click-action it might be possible that an admin uses the GUI for system settings. As far as I could test this works with X11 as root (see above) but in the far future, when there are systems that don't support X11 - and if Wayland still refuses to run GUI programs as root - then there is really no other choice than using the command line.
