Now I use windows and ubuntu desktop with chinese-japanese-korean language package and IME. Pull request #280 is for branch 1.3.7, #281 is for branch master. All these patches are tested on windows and ubuntu desktop. Calling fl_set_spot is not necessary in Fl_Text_Display::handle() and Fl_Text_Editor::handle() (FL_COUS handler).
