I believe not. The C++ binary interface tends to be incompatible not
only between compilers, but even between compiler versions.
I can't figure out how to compile the libs w/ CW, as no project
files are provided.
Hmm, I added one once, but could not keep up with CW. It is not too
complicated to do, but I would plan two or three hours just to get it
well enough.
