Article #432: Fl_PlotXY V1.0.13

FL_PlotXY has been updated to include a vertical line with value indicator to display the Y value at the selected position.

The demo program included has also been updated to show this.

tgz file is still corrupted:
   gzip: stdin: decompression OK, trailing garbage ignored
   tar: Child returned status 2
   tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

Feature Req:
  Scrolling data such that as new points are added, older ones scroll off.
