Article #386: fldiff 0.8

fldiff 0.8 adds support for comparing two directories or a directory against the current CVS or Subversion repository. The new release also fixes a number of small bugs that were reported in 0.4 and adds several packaging files so that it shows up as a Linux desktop application.
