Minor changes:

• Multiple shortcuts were configured (and can redefined at config).
• A ConfigurationManager was added to manage configuration stuff.
• Now, and by default, the configuration file is searched for in the following locations, in this order:
  • ~/.config/fltube/,
  • /usr/local/etc/fltube.
• A "Help Window" has been added, offering information and usage assistance for the app.
• Add scripts to build .tcz packages (for FLinux, SpiritOS or any other distro based on TinyCoreLinux). ALSA must be installed in order to sound works.
