      Fix for issue #452: Fl::get_font_name failure on OS-X.
      Remove arbitrary maximum length of font name.

      Fix for issue #450 :  Fl_Counter slips into infinite loop (V2).
      Wayland platform: add support of FL_LEAVE event.
      Wayland platform: send FL_ENTER/LEAVE/MOVE events to top-level windows only.
      Documentation: update "Using OpenGL in Normal FLTK Windows" for Wayland.
