      libdecor GTK plugin: update from upstream (7 Jun 2022 - 8fc5c88c)     This removes a bunch of FLTK changes.
      libdecor GTK plugin: update from upstream (8 Jun 2022 - de9534d2)     Two more FLTK changes become unneeded.
      libdecor GTK: remove the last code change required by FLTK.
      Wayland: update known limitation about minimum window width.
