Article #1622: Gitter community channel for FLTK

A gitter channel is created for Fast Light Toolkit and it applications in order to facilitate and speed up and simplify communication, requests and queries.

Gitter is an IRC like platform created to target developer and to enhance, speed up and simplify communication, it also allow integration with other platform such as Github, with fltk moving the main brach to github issues, commits, PRs can be tracked from within gitter.
