Just wondering:  This is a collection of patches that seems to be important to everyone.  UTF8 is nice to have.  The virtual widgets are also nice to have, etc ...  Doesn't all of this deserve to be in the main fltk distribution, as everyone seems to need it, or something like it?

UTF-8 support *will* be in the next major release of FLTK.
