Article #137: Log 0.91

A little contribution:

The Log-module is a set of function for logging output to a window. Features a easy to use API, redirection of stdio (both C++ and C-types), differentiates between debug and release modes and uses a set of multi-platform makefiles.

This is Version 0.91, needs some testing and could take some enhancements, but works so far.

Even if you are not interested in the log itself, you may find the makefiles worth a look.
