Article #1258: The DailyJournal 2, version 0.4

This version detects any data modification when navigating to another contact or a list, and offers to save the changes. It also obtains confirmation from the user before deleting a contact or a list. The tree callbacks have been modified to preserve data in the editor when selecting a category or root in the contact and list trees. The order of the items in the file menu is now fixed.
