A pretty reoccuring problem for application writer seems to be,
that fltk was not configured to read certain file formats. FLTK
shold give a warning if a user/developer attempts to access files
in an unsupported format.

Fixed in Subversion repository.

Note: Fl_Image::fail() returns error code if the image could not be read.
