Fl_Browser has a problem when changing the text size. It does not check whether scroll bars have to be shown or hidden based on the new text size. The attached patch fixes the problem.

Thanks for the report and the patch. This issue has been fixed in subversion (r11453) and will be in the next release (1.3.4).
